I had a dream last night that, after a drawn-out legal battle, the Supreme Court ruled the winners of the Oscar should be chosen by me this year. The Academy voters can still cast their votes, and the majority of them may disagree with my choices. But hey, it's my dream! Here are my mandates from on high for the Ideal World Oscars of 2001:
